There are 4 programs to choose from on our Seasonal calendar!

1.  Personal Training

2.  Basically Fit Plan – 20 sessions of small group fitness training and nutrition support

3.  Extremely Fit Plan – Monday – Saturday Unlimited small group training and nutrition support

4.  LEAN – A combination of one-on-one and small group fitness training

Accomplish your personal fitness weight loss/management goals with one-on-one training. You’ll experience personalized instruction with nutrition, and be taken through the paces of a fitness program designed especially for you.

Choose from:

  • LEAN includes 4 one-on-one sessions and 8 classes over 4 weeks $495
  • ONE-ON-ONE includes 10 sessions $595
  • One session $75

Your commitment will get you results!  Appointments are scheduled in advance prior to starting.
