Personally, I just love these events!

Discipline is such a beautiful thing! Everyone is a winner when you try!

Being FIT and having the discipline to get to a starting line requires a commitment to do what is right with diet and exercise! When you finish a 5k or a 5 mile, as in Saturday’s race, it is truly an accomplishment on so many levels!

We all felt amazing and had a great time!

Next race, Sunday, May 18th in Kensington Metro Park~ “Run for your Memories”.
