Congratulations to the Runners and Walkers who raced in “Passion for Life” in Walled Lake last week

Personally, I just love these events!

Discipline is such a beautiful thing! Everyone is a winner when you try!

Being FIT and having the discipline to get to a starting line requires a commitment to do what is right with diet and exercise! When you finish a 5k or a 5 mile, as in Saturday’s race, it is truly an accomplishment on so many levels!

We all felt amazing and had a great time!

Next race, Sunday, May 18th in Kensington Metro Park~ “Run for your Memories”.

Start training with us when we return from Spring Break on Saturday April 19th! All levels of walkers and runners are welcome! See club details under Running/Walking Club on our website!

Be amazing!

Running/Walking Club is for women of all levels!

Have you always wanted to get on  a regular walking or running program?  Have you ever wanted to enter race walks/runs to participate in

a fun event and at the same time challenge your body, mind and spirit to get more healthy and fit?  Walking and running are great ways to get in shape!

Our club is non-competitive and fun!  You only compete with yourself!  The participants used heart rate monitors to monitor intensity.  Each of us has a different

heart rate range that is healthy and safe for our body.  Training in the right “zone” will help you get more fit, burn fat and stay injury free!

Our club meets on Saturdays this Spring at 9:30 am at The Harmony Studio!  The training run/walk is through Warwick and we train for 50 minutes.    Some of the

gals walk and some run.

Prior to participating, we will schedule a time to go over your goals and discuss your specific health/fitness condition!   Please give me the opportunity to ignite the passion

in you to get outside and walk/run with us!  YOU WILL FEEL AMAZING!

Make sure you have good running shoes and a Polar Heart Rate Monitor!

For all the gals that came out last Saturday, WAY TO GO!    Please make sure you dress for this crazy weather by layering!  Make sure you have gloves and warm hat!  We have 5 more Harmony girls joining us this week!  If you are currently enrolled in the SuperFit  or Extreme plan, the running club is included with your Spring training !!
